2. What we collect
Only the data you send through the contact form: name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional), project type and your message.
For security, the server automatically records the IP address and time of the request, used only to block abuse (spam, attacks).
3. Why we use it and on what basis
To reply to your request and prepare a possible proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For website security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, we do not sell it and we do not perform automated profiling.
4. How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless we become contractual partners. If we sign a contract, data is kept for its duration and then as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records).
5. Who we share it with
Data only reaches the providers that help us run the website: the hosting provider (server in the European Union) and the email service through which we receive messages. They process data only on our instructions.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, unless a provider does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at any time at contact@clevermove.ro and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is not processed lawfully, you can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Security
The website runs exclusively over HTTPS and access to received messages is restricted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
